Every morning at 7:30 a.m., the owner of El Arca Veterinaria, Naty, is on her way to her beloved shelter.

She is already thinking about all the things she has to do before she can open the door of her clinic, which is also a pet supplies shop. However, when she finally pulls up to it, she notices a loving face waiting for her at the door.

A senior dog named Negra learned Naty’s busy schedule by heart so that she could greet her at the door and get her favorite thing in the whole world: treats.

An Early Hello

As a determined business owner, Naty knows that every sale is important. But, whenever she sees Negras’s adorable face, she just doesn’t have the heart to say no.

“Who’s waiting for me at 7:30 in the morning? Hi, my Negra. I’ll open up the shop for you right away,” Naty said to Negra in an Instagram video.

At first, Naty only gave Negra just a couple of head pats, but as time went on, she began allowing her to step inside the shop. So, whenever she hears the garage-style door open, Negra sticks her head inside and squeezes through.

And, since she is the first customer every morning, Negra has the honor of sniffing through every corner and container until she finds something she likes.

One Polite Pup

Even though she likes sticking her head into every container she comes across, Negra is one of the most well-mannered pups you will ever meet.

“Are you stealing treats? Could it be that you’re stealing, or are you asking permission? Of course, you’re asking permission! Which one do you want? You like the stick? There, grab the stick — I’ll allow it,” Naty said in an Instagram video.

The process is quite simple: when she finds something she likes, she gently pulls it out of the container, eats it up, and then goes back to do it all over again!

And, Naty loves it.

“Another stick? It doesn’t seem like too much to you? I’ve given you, like, four already… OK, one more,” Naty said.

As much as Negra loves hanging out with her treat-loving hooman, there is somebody who takes away her heart every single time: Salvador, the pup!

“They demand treats. If we don’t give it to them, they picket us and don’t let us open the place,” Naty said in an Instagram video of the two pups.

Now, you may think that Negra is a homeless pup who needs to feed her hungry tummy. But, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

She actually has a loving family that lives just a few doors down. And, even though they make sure to give her tons of love and affection, they just can’t keep her away from the clinic.

“I am her owner. We give her lots of love at home, but she loves to go to her veterinarian. Her name is Luna,” Griselda Tiziano commented on Instagram.

But, don’t worry… when Negra gets what she wants, which includes a lot of treats and tons of head scratches, she heads back to her warm home for a well-deserved nap!

The most adorable thing is that everyone loves this pup so much that nothing is ever too much for her.

“It shows that she’s well cared for and is super affectionate. Negra Luna is so good. Thank you for loving her,” Naty responded to Tiziano’s comment.
