While going home after her late-night shift, a kindhearted hooman noticed somebody going through some trash.

After looking at it a bit closer, they noticed that it was a starving puppy looking for some scraps in order to survive.

Knowing that the pup hadn’t eaten in days, the hoomans approached her, gave her some sweet hugs and kisses, picked her up, and took her to their home.

One Step Closer To Happiness

Once the pup was in the rescuer’s loving embrace, she noticed that she had some injuries on her lower legs.

Naming her Perola, they swiftly took her to the vet for a thorough examination.

The sweet girl was incredibly friendly, so the vets had no issues with her. When they were done, the vets gave Perola some yummy food so that she could fill up her tummy and regain her strength.

It didn’t take her too long to become best friends with her hoomans. That is why whenever she is left alone, she tends to get super sad.

Luckily, her hoomans always come back and spend some quality time with her.

The Beginning Of A Happy Life

Such good company made Perola feel much better, but she still needed to gain eight more pounds before she could go home.

In just a blink of an eye, Perola gained a lot of healthy weight and was doing better than ever. However, instead of going to a foster home, a loving family reached out and stated that they would love to adopt her.

She now lives a happy life with an incredible family who absolutely love and adore her.

Perola also has a new furry sibling with whom she spends her days, having fun adventures and the coziest naps ever.

One Furry Friend At A Time

This rescue mission serves as proof that we really can be the difference the world needs.

Not only did this hooman rescue a pup from the street, but she also provided her with the happily ever after she deserved all along.

Unfortunately, there are so many other pups who still live such a life.

That is why it is up to us to get together and offer these sweet animals a helping hand. Even the smallest effort can make the biggest difference to these guys!
