Over the next few days, under Kiat’s attentive care, the puppy—now named Tyler—began to recover. The swelling on his face subsided, and his eyes sparkled with mischief once again.

As Tyler regained his strength, he became Kiat’s faithful companion, joining him on morning walks and eagerly greeting him when he returned from work.
