Being someone who has, on one occasion, saved an abandoned animal and given it a new chance at life, I feel like there is something that everyone should know about.

Their story matters a lot. Where they are from and how they got into that situation is incredibly important in determining how to help them or if you can even do anything.

There is a possibility that some were abused or neglected at some point, and that explains why they are often scared. In situations like this, details matter.

This poor pup was living near a path in the woods and it looked like he was abandoned to most people that passed by, but there was a lot more to his story than that.

Tiffany Searches For Answers

It was an ordinary day for Tiffany when she suddenly received a call about an abandoned dog resting near a path in the woods of Atlanta.

Given that she worked as a dog rescuer, she immediately rushed to the place to find him. She saw he was there but found out something interesting.

The sweet pup was actually not abandoned. After asking other people about the dog, he belonged to a homeless person.

She returned home and decided to figure out some sort of plan. Upon thinking about it, she packed some food for the dog and his owner and then wrote a heartfelt note.

Tiffany then went back into the woods where the dog was staying and saw his owner. She met him and he told her that his situation was fairly recent.

He explained that it was only a temporary situation and that he plans on finding a new home soon.

Tiffany was glad to learn that this dog was actually well cared for and that his owner loved him very much. The two spent most of their time together.

Simon Is Doing Well

She offered to groom the dog’s fur because it looked like his long fur was causing him problems. It would also help him deal better with the heat, as it was pretty hot outside.

He agreed, and so the pup was taken care of for a while. Tiffany also booked the owner a stay in a nice pet-friendly hotel in Atlanta, where they relaxed for a bit.

Meanwhile, the kind rescuer spent her time online trying to find help for the man and his sweet dog. People sent a lot of donations, and she was able to get the pup to a vet.

He received medication to help him deal with the soreness in his paws. Other than that, the pup seemed really healthy.

It was really apparent that he loved Tiffany and was grateful to her for helping him. He was just the sweetest dog.

With the remaining funds, she helped Simon and his dad stay in the hotel for a while so they could take care of themselves until they found something more permanent.

Tiffany has decided to stay in touch with Simon’s owner in case he ever needs help. The two of them are doing well.

While we don’t know what happens next in their story, I am happy that it has a positive ending. Simon is lucky to have met Tiffany, and she is just glad that they are all okay. I wish them all the best.
