The passersby walking on the sidewalk were shocked after they saw that a little furball got hit by a car.

The puppy was lying motionless on the road. Having realized that he was unable to move, the canine started crying for help. 

The people rushed to pick him up and place him on the sidewalk.

The puppy’s eyes became filled with tears as he looked at the people, begging them to help him.

Since the passersby didn’t know how to help the pup, they watched as he tried to crawl. 

The pup felt desperate and he didn’t know what to do.

Luckily, the good humans driving along the road heard the cries coming from the people standing on the sidewalk, and they screeched to a stop.

The Canine Gets Urgent Help

They quickly got out of the car. As soon as they saw the puppy begging for help with tearful eyes, their hearts shattered.

The giant-hearted people wrapped the furball in a towel, took him in their arms, and promised him that he would be alright.

The puppy stopped crying. He showed bravery although he endured pain. 

His rescuers drove him to the nearest hospital where the pooch was given immediate medical attention.

After the vet conducted a thorough examination, they informed the rescuers that the pup didn’t have any fractures.

However, the puppy’s lungs and the blood vessels in his head were damaged. 

Apart from that, the canine had a high fever and he was vomiting, which made him feel exhausted and dehydrated.

His saviors were worried for him and didn’t want to leave his side.

Fighting For His Recovery

The puppy had to be hospitalized. He started receiving intravenous fluid therapy. 

Luckily, after a couple of days, he began feeling a bit better.

The furball had round-the-clock care. His rescuers took turns taking care of the puppy, and the vets monitored his condition all the time.

The puppy’s caregivers talked to him and encouraged him to continue fighting for his recovery.

Since the canine was still unable to walk and he was lying in bed most of the time, he felt sad and worried.

His saviors consoled him and continued caring for him.

Little by little, the doggo began thriving and regaining his strength.

A week later, the pooch felt much better. He could sit up more easily.

Although his health improved, the furball didn’t want to socialize with anyone. He was timid and withdrawn.

The good humans understood that the pup went through trauma due to the accident that he suffered, and he needed time to overcome it.

His Happy Ending

The rescuers got extremely attached to him and decided to give him a forever home. They couldn’t wait to spend more time with him and make him feel loved.

Three weeks after the accident, the pup made a complete recovery. 

After the doctor discharged the puppy from the hospital, his parents brought him to his new home. 

Finally, the pooch started relaxing. He loved his home and enjoyed spending more time with his parents.

They cuddled him and showered him with love. The canine absorbed their affection. His eyes began melting with gratitude and love.

His heart soared with happiness because he finally felt cherished and unconditionally loved.
