Man Is Ambushed By Litter Of Abandoned Puppies On Dead-End Road

A man was driving down a muddy, dead-end road right before a hurricane was about to strike. He had pulled over when he caught a glimpse of ‘something’ in his rearview mirror. A puppy was running towards him, asking for help. When he got out of his pickup truck, he was suddenly ambushed by the rest of the litter. A heartless coward had dumped five innocent creatures right before a devastating storm. This monster left them there, knowing no one could possibly find them.

Who could be this cruel? The man couldn’t understand but knew he had to help. The kind man, driving a single-cab truck, decided to take all five puppies home with him. He called them over, and they ran to him as if they had never been wronged by a human before.

He had no choice but to put the puppies in the back of his truck and race home before the storm hit. He debated going to get a kennel for them first for their safety, but he was afraid they would run away, or the storm would arrive sooner than predicted.

The man slowly drove to ensure the puppies were safe. They pulled into the man’s driveway and their tails wagged as if they understood everything was going to be okay now. The man bathed them and then put the pups in two separate kennels. The babies did NOT want to be separated from one another and cried for an hour. Once the man placed all five together in one crate, they stopped whimpering and fell asleep. They were crammed in tightly but were happy to snuggle together.

The following day, the pups went outside and played. They celebrated their safety and the kind man who took them home. The man posted the rescue online to find all the puppies their forever families. Amazingly, all five were adopted quickly before the hurricane hit.
