After receiving information about a guard dog who wasn’t treated the way she was supposed to, the rescuers decided to head down to the location and take a look for themselves.

When they arrived, they quickly found out that things were actually so much worse than they thought.

The poor pup was chained to her cramped house and she has just given birth. After she delivered her puppies, her owners didn’t even care to look at her, let alone take her to the vet. So, the rescuers decided to do everything in their power in order to get her and her puppies somewhere safe.

Don’t You Worry Bout A Thing

After convincing her owners and paying a fee, the rescuers were able to take this sweet mama into their care. Unfortunately, they arrived a bit late. Only one out of her six pups was left alive.

Despite this heartbreaking discovery, the hoomans were determined to secure the happiest life for these two brave souls.

And the second they noticed just how much love she gave to her remaining pup, the rescuers were reassured that this story was going to have a happy end.

The second the rescuer brought the little family to their home, they got settled in and began their new, happy life.

A Happy Life

The brave mama stayed constantly by the pup’s side, making sure that he was happy and healthy. And 15 days after being rescued, the sweet pup finally opened his eyes and greeted the world around him.

As the kind people watch this sweet boy grow, they can’t help but remember the awful conditions he was born in.

Being ignored by her owners must have been very hard. But her determination to do anything for her kids really gave the rescuers motivation to continue doing what they know best – helping animals in need!

Since the hoomans cared for other pups as well, the puppy, now named Gaedong, had a lot of furry friends who kept him company as he grew up.

The little pack had never-ending playdates and the coziest naps that would last for hours!

Being in such a loving environment and surrounded by the best company, this little guy grew into the sweetest pup ever!

He now runs around his new home, showing everybody just how powerful a little bit of love and affection can be. 

The puppy and his mother were finally able to leave their dark past behind. Thanks to their incredible rescuers, they could move on with the happy life they deserved from the beginning.
